Dear Jilli Billi. I don't remember where I saw it. I can't even find it in my bookmarks, which I am so sure I did bookmark it, but go to your nearest fabric store and buy those buttons that you have to cover, put your cute fabric on the top and cover them and hot glue them, with ample glue to the top of the clip. It's so easy and makes a good use for your scraps. I haven't done this yet, but I have TONS of scraps and lots of stray clips running around the house. All I need is the buttons to cover.
