Flowing Skirt

Found this tutorial for making a flowing skirt that looks really easy. I like tutorials that have you just measure the person, add seam allowances and sew, 'cause I don't feel super comfortable yet with paper patterns.

I don't do a lot of sewing, but I'm the opposite. If I'm making an article of clothing, I'd much rather have a specific pattern to follow than a basic improv guide.
